Aww Chewy your Mom would never be upset over something like that. My Chi sister, Tia, always does that and we have to remind the humans that no one else in the world is ever that excited to see them that they accidently pee. You're just a sweetie, Chewy =)

How could anyone ever be mad (for very long) at the owner of those sad sad eyes...I get sort of excited sometimes too and make a little pee on the floor. One time when I was a little puppy, I did it on one of moms friends t-shirt. oops!
