The Red Bone Has Come Home

The lost Red Bone has made it's way home again.

It took off for about 2 months this time for a wonderouse adventure in Couch Land until it turned up during an intense cleaning. And Chewy promptly took up the relationship right where it was left off before the Red Bone took off. He was not mad that the Red Bone had disappeared from his life, but quickly claimed it as his most favorite and dear toy once again. The first night it was home, Lilibell and I got into bed first, then Chewy jumped up with, of course.....the Red Bone. He laid it down on top of the comforter, then snuggled underneath for a night's sleep. The next morning, when we got up, he could not leave the bed before getting his Red Bone. And this has become his nightly ritual again, until the Red Bone goes MIA again on another woderous adventure in Couch Land.

Bahahaha!! Love this story & it's an all too familiar sort of one as well! I still wonder sometimes, where some of the pups toys have gone that have been missing - some for months!

Glad redbone made it's way home. Hopefully Chewy is more careful with it this time. ;o)

So glad you found your red bone! We've had that happen a lot. It's almost like getting a new toy, isn't it?

Woofs and Kisses!

So glad Chewy's favorite toy turned up once again. It's amazing how toys disappear and magically reappear at our house too. I think the munchkins hide them and then forget where they hid them!
