Unexpected Bath

Furfriends, you won't believe what happened to me! I had to have a bath and it wasn't even that time of the month!

We were out on our daily walk when I stopped to check some pee mail. Chewy came over, decided he didn't like that pee mail and added his own to it. Problem was was that I was still checking out the pee mail and, yep, you guessed it, Chewy peed on me!!!

When we came home, Mom told Dad that I needed a bath pronto! I do not like baths, I do not like to get wet, and I certainly do not like the drying time afterwards.

Chewy thought that he would get away with not having to get a bath, because of course he wasn't the one who got peed on. But, hahahaha, little did he know that since I was getting a bath Dad figured he would give him a bath too (hahahahahahahahaha Chewy, serves you right for peeing on me!)

After our baths, it was time for our usually zoomies to try and dry ourselves off as fast as possible.

Chewy, you better not pee on me anymore!

Hey furfriends, Chewy here. For the record, I did not pee on Lilibell on purpose, I can't help it if she was in the way! I warned her by lifting my leg, but evidently she did not take the hint.

Also, unlike Lilibell, I do not mind baths at all!! When I was a little puppy, I used to climb in the shower with Dad when he was taking a shower and now when I get baths I stand there like the good dog I am, whereas Lilibell is always trying to flee the sink. When I get a bath, Lilibell thinks that our pawrents are killing me in the sink, BOL! She stands there and cries and cries until I am all done. If you think I'm kidding, here's a video Mom took of her.

So, I hope the record is set straight now!

What a cute pair you two are! Lilibell, sorry you got squirted -- I'm sure Chewy felt terrible about it. Sometimes pee happens, but y'all are sparkly clean now. The videos are precious. Even though Lilibell was peed on, she still worried about Chewy getting a bath. Must be true puppy love.

Oh you poor girl! My little brother peed on me once. I told him if he ever did that again I would tie a knot in his wee-wee. My mom says it must have been an assident cause she can't believe Chewy would ever intentionally pee on you Lily.

The video of you two zooming around is just like me and Banjo after out baths! Mom puts us in the tub at the same time so we don't whine. Not that I would care if Banjo was being tortured with a bath. BOL

Oh i just love how Chewy dries off using Lili's blanket and this is after he peed on her. Talk about adding salt to the wound...Both of you look so cute after your baffs..

Oh and I want to thank you for introducing me to some pawsome new furfriends..

Haha, that is so funny. We loved your videos. Mum thinks us dogs look so funny when we get bathed, we go all skinny and shiny and loose our fluffiness. It is great to do those zoomies afterwards.

I'm lucky that neither of my boys has peed on the other one. So far, that is!

Oh Lilibell! My dogs both cry like that when they're getting a bath, not when the other one is getting a bath. How sweet of you to care about your brother like that.

Zoomies are excellent ways to dry off!

Well, haven't we all had that sort of thing happen a time or two? Glad that you both are squeaky clean now!

Oh my Chewy - you sound like Marley! But Marley doesn't do it "by accident"...no...he pees on the rest of the crew just for the fun of it!! Well, he hasn't done that for a while & hopefully he won't again.

So Chewy - next time you must practice self control! It is very hard but sometimes it's necessary. At least you are both nice & fresh anyway! BOL
